Job hunting

Looking for a new job is always hard....made harder now by the global crunch...headcount is freezed....remuneration rates lowered...well...if you are an employer...it's a good time to get a bargain employee...best if you can tie him or her down to a bond...whoa...that's evil...but that was what my ex-boss used to do...so you can't even get out and look around when the economy picks up...unless presto...you pay to break the bond...which surprisingly...more than a few of my ex-colleagues have done...even though it was not for a small amount (5 figures). I hope karma comes knocking on his door soon....
